Ketchikan is a very popular tourist destination in Alaska.  It’s not a huge town, but there are plenty of places to stay and plenty of fishing charters available.  Salmon and halibut fishing are very good here.  More info  www.ultimatefishingsite.net/states/alaska/fishing.html
