Cold Carpin in – 11 °C
Posted on February 10, 2010 - Filed Under Fish, Fishing
Well, I finally get a chance to go fishing and the prediction from Accweather is -11 °C. It’s fair to say this will be a winter session. I will be putting my thermal sleeping bag from Nash to the test and for that matter all the clothing will be on. The lowest conditions I have fished in were -5 °C last year in the same spot, but we still managed to winkle a fish. Let’s see if we can do something similar this year, ooooosh….. If I am lucky the river wont be frozen! Friday Night, Feb 12 Cloudy Cold with plenty of clouds. Winds from the ENE at 16 km/h. Realfeel®: -11 °C Low: -7 °C Saturday, Feb 13 Intermittent Clouds Clouds giving way to some sun and chilly. Winds from the ENE at 12 km/h. Realfeel®: 3 °C High: 7 °C It would be nice to have a session like this chap had over in the states: Wish me luck, AARRGh.
